Refund Policy

1. Class Cancellations

Our class cancellation policy:

  • 24-hour notice required for full refund
  • Late cancellations receive studio credit
  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Emergency cancellations considered case by case

2. Membership Refunds

Membership refund policies:

  • Monthly memberships: Prorated refunds available
  • Annual memberships: 30-day cancellation window
  • Unused classes: Full refund within 30 days
  • Processing fee may apply

3. Workshop and Special Events

For workshops and special events:

  • 7-day notice required for full refund
  • 3-6 days notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: Studio credit only
  • No refunds for no-shows

4. Teacher Training Programs

Teacher training refund policies:

  • 30-day notice: Full refund minus deposit
  • 15-29 days: 50% refund minus deposit
  • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • Deposits are non-refundable

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact studio management
  2. Provide booking details
  3. State reason for cancellation
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

6. Studio Credit

Studio credit policies:

  • Valid for 6 months from issue date
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be converted to cash
  • May be used for any studio service

7. Medical Emergencies

For medical emergencies:

  • Documentation required
  • Full refund available
  • Extended studio credit option
  • Case-by-case consideration

8. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of refund policy
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Repeated cancellations
